Bring your family and your friends to the Holiday Harbor Lights Obstacle Dash & Community Tree Lighting.  We’ll enjoy music performed by Blaine students, arts & craft vendors, children’s activities, and Santa’s arrival on horse drawn carriage followed by our Community Tree Lighting event on the G. Street Plaza in downtown Blaine.
