Blaine’s Freedom Eve Outdoor Concert - July 3

Start the celebration early with an unforgettable night of music, community, and patriotic spirit at Blaine’s Freedom Eve Outdoor Concert.
Join us on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Borderite Stadium, 1135 Boblett St., as Blaine by the Sea kicks off Independence Day weekend under the stars. Gather your friends, bring your camping chairs, and settle in for an epic outdoor concert experience filled with good vibes, great tunes, and hometown pride.
The evening begins with local favorites Brushpopper, followed by the legendary Uncle Lucius, celebrating 20 years of music and fan-favorite hits. It’s the perfect way to come together as a community, honor the spirit of freedom, and set the tone for a red, white, and blue weekend to remember.
Come hungry and make a full evening of it with dinner from local food trucks on site.

Join us in beautiful Blaine by the Sea as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday with Whatcom County’s largest 4th of July celebration.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Semiahmoo Bay, this classic hometown event brings the community together for a full day of red, white, and blue fun. From morning pancakes to an evening fireworks spectacular, Blaine will be buzzing with patriotic spirit, family-friendly activities, live entertainment, local vendors, and unforgettable moments.
Bring your family, friends, and festive spirit for a day filled with community pride, cherished memories, and pure patriotic joy.
July 4th Event Highlights
Start the day with a Pancake Breakfast at the Blaine Community Center, hosted by Blaine-Birch Bay Park & Recreation District 2.
Stroll through the Street Fair on H and 3rd Streets featuring more than 100 vendors.
Enjoy the 4th of July Parade, kicking off at noon following a special performance of the national anthem.
Check out the Red, White & Vrooom Car Show featuring classic cars, custom rides, and plenty of patriotic flair.
Let the kids enjoy the Kid Zone, hosted by BBBPRD2.
Relax with friends at the Beer Garden and enjoy live music throughout the celebration.
End the night with a breathtaking Fireworks Spectacular at 10 p.m. over Semiahmoo Bay.
