Join the 5th annual Characters Sidewalk Stroll hosted by #Sightings_of_Blaine Washington Fan Group! It’s your chance to wear your favorite costume outside of Halloween season, meet friendly faces, and parade through downtown Blaine in a safe, judgment-free, totally joyful atmosphere.
