The annual Blessing of the Fleet brings commercial fishers and their families and friends together to welcome the new season and bless those who will be fishing through the coming season.  There is a special remembrance ceremony in honor of local commercial fishers who were lost at sea over the last 100-years and recognition of those who have died since last years’ Blessing of the Fleet.
